Using the site

The pages describe the Kampus360 platform and the services we offer to educational institutes. Figures on the pricing page are the published rates for the platform. They are not a quote until we confirm the student count, the setup and the modules in writing.

A demo or an enquiry

Sending a form is a request for a conversation. It does not reserve a price, a date or a seat in our onboarding calendar. We confirm the time by email or phone. You agree that the details you send are yours to share and are accurate.

Meetings

A time chosen on the calendar is a request for that slot. We may move it if the expert is no longer free, and we will say so. Please do not book a slot you do not intend to attend.

Services and proposals

Growth services, including custom website development, brand, campaigns, content, the Admissions Growth System and admission-partner work, are described on the services page. Each service is quoted on its own. The fee is shared only in a proposal for that service, and it is confidential between Kampus360 and the institute. Nothing on the website is that proposal.

WhatsApp and SMS, when they are part of a school setup, can still carry charges from the message provider. Those charges are not included in the per-student rate.

The name and the pages

The Kampus360 name, logo and the text on this site belong to us. You may link to a page. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.

Liability

We keep the site available, but it can be down for a fix or a fault we do not control. A decision to buy should rest on the written proposal or the demo, not on a page alone. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing the new text on this page. The version on the site is the one that applies to a new enquiry.
